Great picks! The Carpenters remind me of my mom, she loves them.
So, how is your boy doing? A bit better I hope. Nice choices here. The carpenters always is a good choice if you want to just mellow out! Thanks for joining us sweetie & sharing your thoughts.
Can’t go wrong with the Carpenters! I hope your husband gets out of the hospital soon!
Rainy Days and Mondays is a song that I play when I am feeling blue. It’s such a pretty song, and I have always loved Karen Carpenter’s voice. Someone we lost too soon.
You have a great selection of music choices this week. Happy MM to you x
Thank you so much. On my wave over there.
I love the Carpenters. My son is in the hospital. We’ve had a run of it lately.
Hi sweetie. Jason is much calmer in the hospital but still acting out. I expect him home by Friday. I miss him so much. Glad to see you.
Thanks Chrissy! I love them too. heading over to your place now.
Its one of my very favorites of hers. I was listening it to this morning before I posted.
Ooh I haven’t heard you needed me in such a long long time!
Thanks for rocking girl!
Aloha
Nice selection. I love The Carpenters; You Needed Me brings me a fond memory.
I think this is one of the most significant info for me.
And i’m glad reading your article. But want to remark on some general things, The web site style is ideal, the articles is really great : D. Good job, cheers
Thanks for sharing some good classics with us this Monday! Hope all will be well with your hubby; sending good vibes your way!
This week, I’m doing a double dance with all of my 4M buds due to last week’s siesta with DH. More about that in an upcoming post!
The Carpenters did lovely music. How sad Karen Carpenter’s life ended at such an early age. Ann Murray has a mellow sound to her voice. I like “You Needed Me” very much! It was great, great fun to dance with you and thanks for being such a loyal Monday’s Music Moves Me party-goer!
Glad you liked them. Hoping all is going well with you.
It was great to see you here. Yes it was very sad that she died so early. I think she had such a gift to share.
Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic
but I had to tell someone!
