REVIEW POLICY

I love giving my opinions on products for families to see and help make their decisions.  My blog is dedicated to providing thorough and honest reviews of those items. My family is always on the lookout for new and innovative products to review that are designed to make life easier and lots more fun.

We welcome all kinds of products but have a special interest in:

  • Products for moms including jewelry, handbags, beauty items, small and large appliances, laundry products, cooking and baking products, clothing, organizational tools, cleaning products, etc.
  • Electronic items including cameras, camcorders, video equipment, cell phones, laptops, televisions, sound systems, MP3 players, gadgets, video games, gaming systems, etc.
  • Food and drink products
  • Games, Books and DVDs
  • Various other things that I can not think of right now.

If you request me to do a review with you, I will contact you as soon as possible with an address to send your product samples. All reviews must be appropriate for my family and readers.  I do require a sample for all reviews. The sample will not be returned, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs involved.  All giveaway products will be shipped directly to the winner from the company whenever possible.

I will personally test out your product with the help of my family and I will write a detailed blog post about the product and our experience with it.  Reviews will be done within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.  The blog will include the following:

  • Pictures of the item reviewed
  • My reactions to the product
  • Links to your website, and the product
  • Purchasing information if it is known.

GIVEAWAY POLICY

I am always looking for great sponsors who would like to get the word out about their business and its products by sponsoring a giveaway of one or more of their items.  Typically a giveaway will run anywhere between 1-3 weeks.  It will be given its own post.  Things that will be included in the post will be:

  • Requirement of my readers to visit your website and/or blog in order to participate.
  • Asking them to either connect with you via Facebook or Twitter or a newsletter with your company.
  • Giveaways will be open to US only.
  • Winners will be chosen by random drawing.  Currently I am using random.org.

Regarding shipping of giveaways.  I ask that it be taken care of by your company.  I will provide the winner’s shipping information to you when the giveaway is completed.  I ask that the item be shipped within 3 weeks of receiving that email.
